1. Data Security & Scope
This website provides free technical infrastructure for official aid campaigns conducted with the permission of Turkish Governorship authorities. Personal information you share during donations is processed solely within the framework of legal record-keeping obligations and is protected with 256-bit SSL certification.

2. Payment Security
Credit or debit card information used in donations is never stored on our systems. All payments are processed in encrypted form directly between BDDK-licensed, PCI-DSS certified payment institutions and your bank.

3. Third-Party Sharing
Personal data of donors will not be shared with any institution, organization, or third party outside of legal obligations and official authority audit requests, and cannot be used for commercial purposes.

1. Nature of Donation
Transactions on this platform are unconditional donations (grant) made under Law No. 2860 on Aid Collection. They are not subject to standard e-commerce right of withdrawal procedures.

2. Refund Conditions
Since donations are transferred to official campaign accounts, refunds are not possible in principle. However, refunds may be requested in these exceptional cases:
• Duplicate charges due to system error.
• Incorrect amount charged due to technical malfunction.

3. Refund Process
For erroneous transactions, you must contact the legal campaign representative within 7 (seven) days of the transaction date.

KVKK (Personal Data Protection) Notice
Pursuant to Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the title of "Data Controller" belongs to the official campaign committee authorized by the Civil Administration. The infrastructure provider offers only technical intermediary services.

Your processed data is processed to fulfill the requirements of Law No. 5549 on Prevention of Laundering Proceeds of Crime and Law No. 2860 on Aid Collection.

Terms of Use
By using this site, you acknowledge that it is an official aid campaign opened with Governorship approval, and that donations you make will be transferred to legally blocked accounts for the patient's treatment.
